Safe Travel in Southeast Montana

We are working to be safe out here in Southeast Montana. That means wearing masks, social distancing, washing hands and more while traveling. This fall, Traveling Mel and her family visited the region to take part in safe traveling – including a lot of outdoor recreation in all of Southeast Montana’s big spaces. See what she has to say about all the opportunities to travel safely:
“We took this road trip in the fall of 2020. You know what that means. We wanted to travel responsibly, for our own health, the health of local people, and the health of the outdoors. We mostly visited places where we could be outside by ourselves or social distance. When we did go indoors we wore masks.”
