All made from the Spring Wheat flour grown and harvested in the fields of our 15,000 acre family farm in Nashua, Montana.

One reason our baked goods are prized by our customers is that the dough is allowed to ferment for a long period of time to reach optimal flavor. No shortcuts are taken in this bakery.
