Long known as the Windmill Club, this causal fine-dining restaurant caters to all walks of life, from business associates to families with children. At The Windmill, don't be surprised to see a mixture of cowboy hats and suits under the same roof. Their long-time signature item, Gulf Jumbo Prawns are still being served just the way they were sixty years ago.
Now open for both lunch and dinner, the restaurant offers large selections of menu items featuring sandwiches, salads and pasta to prime rib and prawns for lunch.
In the mood for some of the finest seafood in Montana? Try the Windmills Walnut Crusted Halibut, Sunflower Dill Crumb Salmon or Alaskan King Crab Legs. Their huge Australian cold-water lobster tails served with candled butter are some of the largest you will find. The Windmill has an excellent selection of Certified Angus Beef brand steaks. Only 8% of beef is flavorful, tender and juicy enough to meet the brand's standards, so enjoy the best tasting beef on the market. Dinner menu prices are modest, starting at $9.00.
Groups are always welcome at the restaurant, from family and organization gatherings to busloads of tourists. Their private dining room can hold up to 45 people with main dining room seating of 150. Custom menus are available upon request.
They also have a full beer, wine and liquor bar available along with one of the most beautiful outdoor patios in Billings. Over-looking a large outdoor pond, relax and unwind with dinner or maybe just some appetizers and drinks with friends. Internet service is available throughout the entire restaurant as well.
